Nathan R Larson is a real estate agent and operates several entities that hold, buy, and sell real estate and land, additionally he is majority owner and principal operator of a 700-acre family grain and livestock operation. He has extensive knowledge in the marketing and brokerage of land and real estate having worked for Steffes Group for the previous 12 years, along with owning a brokerage and appraisal company. He has a prior career in banking, starting as a loan officer, becoming a Vice president, and overseeing a loan department. He also has three years' experience in special asset management. He has substantial experience in difficult closings dealing with abstracting problems, title objections, dividing farms and bankruptcy proceedings dealing with land and equipment.
Abstractor
Roger Huddle of Wapello Iowa began abstracting in the early 1980's and continues his exceptional level of service today. Magistrate Roger A. Huddle, Wapello, was appointed to serve Louisa County starting in August 2001 as a magistrate judge. He received his undergraduate degree from Drake University in 1975, and his law degree also from Drake University in 1978. Huddle has formerly served as Louisa County Attorney and was also in private practice with Weaver & Huddle Law Office. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association and the Louisa County Bar Association as well as the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
